Abu Dhabi UAE, Miami USA: 10/28/2023 — Auro Digital Inc. is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Peter Knez to its Board of Directors, further strengthening the company's leadership team. Peter Knez is the former Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of BlackRock Inc., the world's largest asset manager with ~$10 trillion of assets under management. Prior to this, Peter was the CIO of Barclays Global Investments (BGI). He also served as the Head of Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs. He currently Chairs Venom Foundation, the blockchain protocol licensed by Abu Dhabi Global Markets.

This announcement comes on the back of a recent grant award to Auro Digital from Venom Foundation, where Mr Knez serves as the Chairman, to build the World’s first hybrid dApp for creating a decentralized and trust-less investment platform. In this regard, Mr. Knez stated, "We see a major opportunity for Auro Digital and its products to standardize the highly heterogeneous digital assets landscape and bridge the trust deficit between investors and digital asset managers via the creation of this Dapp."
This leadership appointment is part of a rigorous search process that the Auro Digital Board, which consists of Auro Digital’s leadership team and its Venture Capital backers, has conducted across their worldwide network.
